Before any operative is started there are number of steps Acrow Recruitment employees take to ensure the client gets the right operative for the job.

• Firstly we ask the operative about their work history.
• After that we check the travel distance and route for the operative from there door of their home to the project to ensure they would be happy with the journey.
• Then we check out their CSCS/CPCS with CITB online and check they have the correct visa to work in the United Kingdom.
• Finally we get two verbal references from previous employers, such as the operatives foreman, site manager or project manager and it will be for the task specifically that they are being requested for, this is of course if we have not had the operative working for us already.
• We then ensure they have the correct PPE and then send them the site address.
• Then we will email all these details to the Project manager or whoever it may be who requested the operative and agree a charge out rate.

All rates are negotiable depending on length of contract, the current market and location.
