Job description

Avolon Civils are recruiting for PJ Brown in Walton On Thames.

You must be able to take ownership of Groundworks projects and manage H&S, Quality and Programme targets set by Site Manager, as well as management of up to 15 operatives.

You will have a top rate paid, bank holidays paid, a vehicle, phone, laptop, bonuses.

Main duties include accountability for the following:

Carrying on Method Statement / Risk Assessment briefings
Tool Box Talks
Getting the men to work Safely
Day work sheets

QUALIFICATIONS :

An industry applicable qualification
CSCS Supervisor Card
SSSTS 2 – 5 Day
