Job description

Leading labour on site
Assist Site Supervisor in organisation of plant & material deliveries
Ensuring H&S standards are met
Ensuring the efficiency of the workforce
Time management of the workforce
Ensuring high quality of work from pre-commencement to post-completion
Organisation of site activities
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and site rules
Able to carry out groundworks on the highway - (M27)

Other skills/qualifications required

Be proactive in your approach to problem solving
A good communicator with workforce and clients
Be able to organise yours and others workload
Be able to complete daily work sheets and briefs
Valid driving license
Minimum of 3 years experience
Able to commute to Southampton on a daily basis
